My Womb Journey is a thoughtfully designed pregnancy and postpartum wellness program created to support women through one of the most transformative phases of life.
Founded and led by Dr. Noorain Inamdar, a medical professional and passionate Yoga & Pilates instructor, My Womb Journey bridges modern medical understanding with mindful movement and ancient prenatal wisdom. Every session is built with safety, compassion, and scientific awareness at its core.
Pregnancy is not just a physical change—it’s an emotional, mental, and deeply personal journey. Our approach combines pregnancy-safe Pilates for strength and posture, gentle yoga for mobility and relaxation, structured breathwork for calm and endurance, and Garbh Sanskar practices to foster a meaningful bond between mother and baby.

Pregnancy Pilates (Trimester-Wise)
Pregnancy Pilates (Trimester-Wise)
Safe, guided Pilates sessions focused on core stability, posture, pelvic floor strength, and body awareness. Exercises are modified according to each trimester to reduce discomfort, support daily movement, and prepare the body for labor.
Prenatal Yoga
Gentle yoga practices designed to improve flexibility, balance, and circulation while easing common pregnancy concerns like back pain, stiffness, and fatigue. Emphasis is placed on safe movement, relaxation, and body alignment.
Pranayama & Breath Training
Structured breathing techniques to improve oxygenation, calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and build endurance for labor. Breathwork also supports emotional balance and better sleep during pregnancy.
Garbh Sanskar & Mindful Connection
Mindfulness practices rooted in ancient prenatal wisdom to help mothers build a deeper emotional connection with their baby. These sessions focus on relaxation, positive thought patterns, and inner calm.
High-Risk Pregnancy Adapted Sessions
Specially modified programs for high-risk pregnancies, designed with medical caution. Movements are gentle, supported, and closely monitored, focusing on safety, comfort, and therapeutic benefit.
Postnatal Recovery Program
A structured recovery plan for the “fourth trimester,” focusing on pelvic floor rehabilitation, core re-integration, gentle strengthening, and emotional well-being—helping mothers heal and regain confidence at their own pace.
